The guide warns that two-thirds of current UAE employees plan to job hunt, with intensified demand expected across finance, IT, legal, HR, and financial services.
In finance, new corporate tax policies are driving up demand for tax and financial analysis managers, with salaries reaching up to Dh1 million. In IT, software management and data analysts are highly sought, while legal professionals with IPO expertise are in demand as firms prepare to go public.
