Air Peace has refuted claims that it plans to raise its one-way fare from Lagos to Abuja to N200,000, countering viral reports that suggested a 100% fare hike from November 1, 2024.
The airline, one of Nigeria’s major carriers, clarified on Saturday that no such increase had been announced.
A circulating post featuring Chairman Allen Onyema’s image falsely claimed that fares would rise from N114,000 to N200,000 next month.
Air Peace emphasized that any official updates on pricing would be communicated exclusively through its verified channels.
