Polish national Lukasz Szpunar has set a Guinness World Record for the longest time submerged in ice, spending four hours and two minutes in a box filled with ice.
Szpunar, dressed in swimming trunks, was subjected to extreme conditions, excluding his head and neck. He wore a mouthguard to protect his teeth.
