The Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport in Abuja has been temporarily closed due to a runway incursion involving a Boeing 733.
The incident occurred on 12th November 2023, when the aircraft’s nose wheel got stuck to the ground while taxiing on Runway A4.
The Nigerian Safety Investigation Bureau (NSIB) has initiated an investigation, and the airport is currently seeking public information to help conduct a comprehensive investigation.
No fatalities or injuries were reported.
