Dubai’s tourism industry has seen a record 8.55 million international overnight visitors in the first half of 2023, surpassing pre-pandemic levels.
This growth is part of the Dubai Economic Agenda 2033, launched by UAE’s Vice President and Prime Minister, Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, to consolidate the city’s status as one of the world’s top three cities.
The record H1 performance reflects Dubai’s diverse marketing efforts, with stakeholders and partners supporting the city’s visionary leadership.
Dubai has also been crowned the No.1 global destination for the second consecutive year in the Tripadvisor Travellers’ Choice Awards 2023.
