British Airways has fired two cabin crew members after posting a racist video on TikTok mocking Asian passengers.
The video, filmed by Holly Walton and Lauren Bray, mocked a Chinese family who spoke little English and attempted to order drinks on a flight. The clip included racist eye gestures and a caption that read “2 weeks in a row with this d***head.”
The crew members were ordered to fly back from a round trip in Cancun, Mexico for a meeting with BA bosses at the airline’s headquarters.
A BA spokesperson stated that all forms of racism are unacceptable and that the airline takes allegations of this nature very seriously. The two women were ordered to fly back from a round trip in Cancun, Mexico, and Ms Bray was seen leaving the meeting in “floods of tears.”
