Sabre Hospitality has launched SynXis, a generative artificial intelligence tool designed to enhance customer service for hotels.
This innovative solution provides detailed and accurate responses to hotel queries, aiming to significantly elevate the customer service experience.
SynXis is the first generative AI deployment by Sabre’s hospitality division and is currently being utilized by the company’s customer care and delivery team to assist with hotel customer contact.
