Qatar Airways launches new route to Kinshasa, DRC, expanding its African network to 29 destinations and connecting Central Africa to global hubs in Europe, Middle East, and Asia.
Qatar Airways’ new Kinshasa route links DRC to global destinations via its award-winning Doha hub, boosting African connectivity, economic ties, and cultural exchange.

The airline is expanding its African network, adding Kinshasa and increasing Luanda flights, bringing its total weekly flights across Africa to over 170, solidifying its commitment to enhancing connectivity in the region.
Qatar Airways has expanded its African network with 9 new destinations since Dec 2020, including Abidjan, Abuja, Accra, Kinshasa, Harare, Kano, Luanda, Lusaka, and Port Harcourt, and resumed services to Cairo and Alexandria. The airline has also optimized its schedules to improve connectivity to China and key markets like Belgium, France, Portugal, and the Middle East.
Kinshasa, the capital of the DRC, is Africa’s third-largest city, offering investment and tourism opportunities as the country’s economic hub.
