The 2024 GDP growth rate report by Statista reveals a positive economic outlook for the AES Federation, with Burkina Faso at 5.494%, Mali at 3.751%, and Niger at 9.869%.

Additionally, Niger was listed among the 11 African countries projected to experience strong economic performance, as reported in the AfDB Macroeconomic Report 2024, which, in my opinion, will enhance Sahel economic growth and foster African regional unity. The impact of the AES Federation is a move toward self-reliance for a region historically dependent on foreign aid.
