Ibom Air’s COO, George Uriesi, announced technology upgrades to enhance customer experience. “We’ve improved booking, check-in, and in-flight services, and will soon offer 24-hour call center support.”
The airline is also prioritizing sustainability, introducing fuel-efficient aircraft and adopting sustainable practices to reduce its environmental impact.
Ibom Air plans to expand its fleet with 11 fuel-efficient aircraft, reducing its carbon footprint and aligning with global best practices. The airline’s corporate social responsibility program will focus on supporting vulnerable communities.
