The Democratic Republic of the Congo, on the other hand, has the lowest English proficiency in Africa, with a global ranking of 113 and a score of 385.

 This suggests that the country’s English language skills may be less developed, highlighting the need for language education and proficiency enhancement initiatives in the region.
